Standardized Surveys

Sometimes a standardized off-the-shelf survey will meet your needs. When this is the case, we can help you design survey feedback and action planning sessions that take advantage of the benchmarks standardized surveys can provide. If you receive your organization's raw data (instead of just a report), we can analyze that data for you and give you the specific statistics and breakouts you need.

Customized Surveys

If you want to customize an existing survey, develop items using an on-line survey program, or develop your own questionnaire from scratch, we can support you from start to finish. Our research experts will write and pilot-test new items; design the structure and format of the instrument; propose an appropriate sampling and analysis plan; conduct and interpret the statistical analyses; and present the findings in a user-friendly, professional looking report format.

Interviews and Open-ended Questions

If the information a client requires is more qualitative in nature (i.e., the goal is to understand the nature of a problem, learn about employee's experiences, obtain specific examples) interviews and/or open-ended survey questions will be most appropriate. The way interview and open-ended questions are phrased and the way prompts and follow-up questions are used all impact the quality of the results. We can develop interview protocols, conduct the interviews or train your staff in the art of interviewing, and content analyze and organize responses.
