A contract with ActionRTS will also help you meet federal subcontracting goals for woman owned small businesses.
Examples of accomplishments in this area:
• We wrote a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant application that resulted in a small company winning their first ever federal grant, and opened the door to several follow-on contracts.
• We coordinated the efforts of 4 companies collaborating on a large IDIQ contract proposal; identified and engaged nationally known experts for the consortium; solicited and edited technical submissions; and wrote the final technical portion of the proposal, resulting in a contract award worth up to $60 million over 3 years.
• We worked with a minority (8(a)) contractor to build a high-powered team of management consultants and leadership development experts for a proposal to facilitate a federal agency’s transition to the EVM project management methodology.
• We identified proposal partners and potential funding sources for a company seeking entry into new infrastructure markets in Eastern Europe and facilitated meetings with company representatives and experts from Czechoslovakia, Japan, and Ukraine.
• We recruited and negotiated employment and contract agreements with high demand IT specialists, and when necessary, hired candidates as full-time ActionRTS employees to allow clients to use their services as contractors without violating IRS codes.
• We identified and outlined program requirements for potential funding sources for international development projects (e.g., USTDA grants, ExIm Bank, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), and the International Finance Company (IFC)).
