There are two major upcoming events on the CIS arena which excite the business community throughout the world:

UEFA EURO-2012(Ukraine) and Winter Olympics-2014 (Sochi, Russia)

Both occasions involve complex construction projects of different scale and time frames on concession or investment basis, and some of them are supported by sovereign guarantees .

For the post-(economy) crisis strategic plan many companies mark these two developments of highest priority, considering them as major engines to drive corporate financial situation to the recovery and further growth.

While building a portfolio of projects for both events our primary goal is to maximize the potential of US and Japanese investors in building and managing new transport corridors and surrounding infrastructure throughout the Ukraine and across its borders to Central and Eastern Europe, Adriatic and Balkans, Russia and Asia.

One of the investment attractions and the main honey pot for investors would be the implementation of the Greater Kyiv Beltway with infrastructure: power lines, utilities, industrial parks, Safety Service Patrols, park-and-ride spaces, train stations, bridges, commercial zones, etc.
